i have a 2012 gt500 just installed a c&r heat exchanger the instructions told me to use a add a fuse wire I tapped into 47 and 48 fuse and they threw codes p0135 p0155 p0403 p0443 I re wired the heat exchanger the correct way but the codes wont go away and its making the car run real bad its acting really funny if I leave the battery cables off over night the car will start up and run great till I go to turn it off and turn it back on then the codes and wrench light are there ive tried just about everything running out of options

Check to see if F47 fuse isn't blown. It controls the heating of the O2 sensors, the EGR valve and cannister purge, which is what all the codes you list are.

I have 2008 schematics and making a bold assumption that this circuit did not change in 2012. But in case it did, I'm going to just stick with some simple and basic testing>>
Remove F47 and with the engine running, check for voltage at both fuse connectors. There should be 12-volts at one. If not, your PCM power relay is not functioning. Looking at your fuse box from in front of the car, it is the large square relay at the upper right of the box. Swap it with another similar relay and retest.
Also, does your radiator fan run? Turn on the A/C with the motor running and see if the fan runs after a minute or two.

I told you NOT TO USE the ADD A FUSE OPTION and that is why you are having all of the issues you are experiencing. Delete the Add - A - Fuse and Run the Orange Trigger Wires for the Relays to the White Wire with the Tracer to the Heat Exchanger Water Pump and solder the connection. This is the same instruction I told you over the phone three days ago. DO NOT USE the ADD A FUSE OPTION and Run the Trigger Wires (Orange) to the White Wire with the Tracer to the Heat Exchanger Water Pump for Relay Trigger just as the Wiring Diagram on my Website shows.

Disconnect the power leads to the heat exchanger and replace the fuses at 47 and 48. You need to get a scanner other than an SCT device that can read and clear embedded codes that are not readable by an SCT Device and double check all of your wiring afterward. You might try a Snap On or MAC Tools OBD II Device to Read and Clear the codes on the PCM which would explain why they keep re-appearing. I also suspect something is not correct with your wiring if it reappears after you clear the embedded codes as instructed.

I will try that becouse if I keep clearing the codes a random point it will start up and run great but when I turn it off and turn it back on the codes will pop up
