Can Won't Start - Fuel Pump

My car has been sitting about a year and a half since it won't start. I suspect the fuel pump is out. When I turn the key there is no fuel pump sound and the engine cranks but won't turn over. I've done various checks and the fuel switch isn't off and there is power at the pump. I got a new battery and same thing.

Before it quit running a few times it would be hard to start. The car would crank and crank and finally would turn over. Now it will crank and crank and nothing.

Does it sound like the fuel pump is gone? After it would be hard to start it would drive just fine, no sputtering or anything, just hard to start.

I'd really like to get it back on the road, it's been too long.

Is this a good option for the pump? It's for a 2001 Focus SVT.

That can work as a replacement. I have an OEM Ford SVT Focus pump that I removed from my 2002 GT that Ill sell cheap. It has 30k miles on it. Only removed it to upgrade to a larger pump for E85.
