I am thinking about buying some CCW's for the cobra. Do you guys think they are worth it or should I just buy some cheaper wheels and spend the money elsewhere? I am on the stock 03 wheels and they're just not cutting it (aesthetic wise). It's pretty hard justifying about $5,000 for wheels and tires but I could always turn around and sell them for a good price if need be. Here are the three wheels I am contemplating about. Which would you guys go with? The car is Redfire by the way.

Yes!!!!!!! I went with Hyper black centers and black lips to give it some contrast. I didn't like the satin centers. Hyper black looks black at times and dark gray other times depending on the light. I also went with the black hardware.

Wow those look great. Haven't seen many cobras rocking the D110's, I am really edging toward those. The only thing is they make the brakes pretty visible and I still have the stock brakes, calipers, and rotors so nothing special. I would imagine they are a lot easier to clean though. I am already pretty certain about the color (satin black centers and gloss black lip). Reason being is that I have some satin black and gloss black accents already on the car so I think it would really work.

Its more your preference, do you want to spend the money else where? I would love a set, but I would personally would most likely not spend that much.

Well its pretty much these or a TVS VMP upgrade haha, but I love the screaming eaton too much so I will probably go with the wheels.

Why not both! I just save for the next big upgrade I want. Just ordered the GT500 VMP set-up yesterday with their presidents day sale. March 8 is the install and dyno tune.

I don't have that much free cash laying around ):
I was debating between the classics, D110's and LM20's but the classics just kept calling me.
Yeah the classics do look amazing but they seem to be pretty common on the cobras. Decisions decisions

I need a set of classics in my life, but I also really like the D110s I just have a hard time dropping almost 3k for wheels. If I end up keeping my terminator I might do a set

I like my true forged wheels. I'm not a fan of black on redfire.

Classics all the way, there is no other way to go with an 03/04 Cobra.

They are worth every penny.

I've had these sp500s for seven years and had them on 2 different terminators....and when I bought them back then from John purner they were a lot cheaper than today. They still look brand after their yearly metal polish. I believe they were money well spent and I would get back every single dollar if I decided to part with them.

And keep in mind they're not just for looks....they are LIGHT for their size and relieve some unsprung weight from every corner versus say a Chinese cast rim like the replicas. I had 17x10.5 replicas at one point and these 18x11 CCW are about 6lbs lighter with tires mounted. The 18x9.5 fronts are lighter than a factory 17x9 by a few lbs. Less weight = more performance

I got my polished classics used from a member here. Think I paid about 2500 and they are like 3200 with shipping new.

I think the black looks wicked but I think you might have an easier time reselling polished down the road if it comes to that.

I don't regret it a bit. Totally changed the car
