Well after one year rocking the stock satin 17x9 Cobra wheels to the Chrome staggered Cobra wheels 3 years later this year I decided to make the switch. Don't get me wrong I loved the look of the stock chrome wheels but because I needed new rear tires I thought I might as well just replace everything

Went from the Chrome staggered cobra rep wheels to Weld rt-s. Switching everything I lost about 40lbs. Front wheel and tire I lost about 8lbs at each corner and on the rear I lost about 12lbs. I stuck with 17s. Imo with a 5 spoke design wheel an 18 looks to "show" for me and another reason was the 17's where cheaper lol

Now onto pics

Are they chrome or polished? Chrome is easy maintenance. Polished is a whole 'nother story.

Looks great! What are the dimensions? Skinny fronts? Offsets?

Polished. Some say its a pain and some say it not bad. I'm not too worried about it as the car does not get many miles put on it nor is it driven in the rain

17x8 and 17x10. I did not want to go with a skinny up front. Did not want to lose any handling ability as I like to take corners hard with it and the car is driven on the street 99% of the time.

Yea overall I'm happy with them. Just sucked waiting for them to be made lol
Looks good.

Thanks!

Those are quality wheels. You ought to be thrilled with them.

Very, very, very nice!

Man, I really like that setup! What size tire are you running on the 17×10? Just curious because I'll be in the market for new wheels in a year or two. Need a clutch first, but these 17" five spokes might be my new favorite. Thanks for posting.

Very clean look with the Black paint!
Polished wheels look killer. You won't have to worry about chrome pitting, and it does.
I use White Diamond & Diamond Brite mixed on my CCW's. I learned that micro-fiber will actually put fine scratches on them. Good terry cloth won't!
I also seal them with Sheen-Geenie when done.
Very classy looking ride!

Sweet thanks for the advice. I actually used the white diamond on them. I used a microfiber. I will have to give the terry cloth a try!

Looks great! What tail lights are those?

Just the tinted tails from american muscle. Match the third break light perfectly

I may do the same, need tires & want to change out stock rims!

Was a tad more then just new tires but oh well lol

Where did you buy them?

I got them from the guys at modify my stang. I checked everywhere and they were able to get me the best price. Took about 4 weeks or so to be made and shipped

That looks sick and good choice on the rear tires. Those MT ET Streets hook real nice on the street!
