I had a new engine put in as mine blew a couple years ago - it's down 37hp and I'm not feeling the same throttle response. With the new engine all rods were upgraded to billet - I sent out for an email tune - just curious to see the difference.

If that FRPP TVS is the first gen (black case) then its very restricted inlet wise compared to a Trinity or VMP Gen 2. You may want to consider a case swap to a VMP Gen 2 if they still have those cases available.

600 RWP is a good estimate. A higher flow case should be an easy 60-70 RWP.

FRPP TVS is more restrictive than the Gen I TVS VMP introduced in 2011. Without opening up the inlet and getting a larger elbow, I don't think you're going to see much over 600. I believe the Gen I is basically the same case as the FRPP with the inlet opened up and a port matched elbow that was matched to the revised inlet. You should be able to replicate it and get another 60 - 75 hp, give or take. While all TVS rotors are all the same, the cases and corresponding air flow have improved with each iteration.

All depends on the tune ,my stock Eaton with full bolt ons made 630s rwhp on 93 and 680s on e85, with less than 15 #s of boost, and that's threw a 4r70w
