After 2+ years of trying to build this car, it is finally back in my possession. I decided to roll it out of the garage for just a couple of pics after a much needed wash a couple days ago. The car started it's life as a rio red 99' gt, and has since had a complete and total makeover. It is still not done undergoing changes, because as soon as the last few small bugs are worked out, I am delivering it back to the body shop to have all of the white removed and replaced with black. I think the black will look much cleaner and more aggressive, even though the white really doesn't look bad at all. Anyway, here are just a few pics I have edited so far. I am no pro with lightroom, but I am learning lol.

The car is very well built with zero expense spared. The entire car was stripped to the frame and rebuilt/wired with nothing but cobra harnesses/computers etc. Fully built engine has about 150 miles on it now, and runs like a champ. The ported eaton made 523/548, but we built the engine in preparation for a bigger blower/boost setup in the near future (2.9 whipple and corn). The amount of detail on this car is insane, and something you would have to see in person to appreciate. I am just happy to finally be back behind the wheel.

There will be plenty more to come as the car undergoes the rest of it's changes! Enjoy.

Gotta give you props for the different color choice.

Definitely get rid of the white. The black will tone it down a bit. Right now it reminds me of a baby room with the white and blue theme lol.

This car is crazy because it goes against everything I prefer on a car but holy shit, it's phenomenal.

I'm excited to see the black. I think it will look great.

Incredible work man.

I'd have to see the black to judge but I think it won't look as good with that light blue as the white does.

Thank you everyone for the love and positive feedback. Here is a photoshop a friend and I made years ago before this process ever got started to give you a relative idea of what it will look like with the black accents instead of the white. Most people have tended to like this look a lot better.

Car looks amazing! That color with white matches perfect. It'll look great with black too, but I would personally leave the white!

The only issue I have with the white is maintaining it. The lower portion of the white part in the center of the hood is already starting to yellow. The wheels have yellowing in the wheel wells as well. When the car was red, it had black accents as well and looked menacing. I will probably see what the car looks like with the black and rock it for a while. It can always be switched back.
