Why is this Shelby so cheap?

I was about to buy a 14 gt500 with 1200 miles for 45k then I came across this.... don't want to make. Mistake or over pay here's link to the 13 and car fax. What is the better deal? Thanks
The 13 i can get for 40k with 11k miles and it has navi but not the track pkg where black 14 does but is 5k more.

do you plan to put springs and swap the wheels? track package may be a waste then.

does either have extended warranty from Ford. newer and less miles is always nicer.

the two colors couldnt be any more opposite lol. i love them in black but maintaining black is like taking on another job lol. white is easy. that white/red seems pretty unique too. most ive seen are white with black or blue stripes.

Those seem to be very good deals, almost too good. In my opinion it would be difficult to pass up an 11K mile '13 for $40K if it's in great condition.

Both have recaros one for 40k has navi 45k dosent idk if 5k more is worth 9k more miles and a year newer. But 40k for a 10k mile gt500 at a dealership is a really good deal imo but there's gotta be a reason. Why it's that cheap

I have the 45k certified check for black one it's a private party and I came across white one talked to dealership they the car is spotless well taken care of. I'm the type that if I buy something I want a good deal so when I sell I want to be able to get most of money back

Just trying to get the one that's gonna be the best deal and able to get most of money back when I resell down the road.

If it seems too good to be true it usually is. I would look into it more. A dealership would never let that kind of money walk away

Well I have look at link it's at a 5 star dealership and still under warranty until 2018. They had it listed as high as 51k and kept dropping unroll now at 41999 I called and offered 40500 they said come get it. Has 2 owners on carfax 6 service records

If it were me and the white car checked out clean, has extended warranty ( meaning you don't want to modify the car and the PCM ), I would jump on the price tag for such low miles. First, I would do a thorough under carriage inspection on a lift to make sure nothing looks off such as evidence of an accident.

Go with the one you like the most. Not much difference in the price to be honest and to be frank, these are not investment cars. You will not get your money back if you are thinking of selling in the next year or two.

So get the one you will enjoy the most. Thats if both cars check out clean on paper and inspection.

I would think if I'm buying 5-7k below book is loose not much

This. I'd check it out thoroughly, take a bodyman if you're not familiar with what to look for. If it checks out, jump on it!
