4V Hellion single turbo kits with many upgrades.

Up for sale is a used Hellion single turbo kit for a 99-04 4V. Turbo is not included. This kit has been modified to fix all the flaws from the original kit. Upgrades changes are as follows.

-Treadstone 1300 HP Intercooler
-3" Cold side piping from Intercooler to engine
-46mm Precision Wastegate and proper placement
-Procharger Bypass valve
-3" Electric cutout (still works with factory exhaust)
-Hotside Ceramic Coated black
-Hotside Heat wrapped
-Turbo blanket- Fits 76mm Turbo
-Converted to blow through setup for slot style MAF (MAF sensor not included)
-Downpipe has 2 wideband bungs welded in it.

What you are getting
-Full hotside (I can include stock manifolds if needed) Hotside bolts directly to any 2.5" Catback for IRS or SRA
-Full Cold Side with Intercooler and couplers
-Procharger Bypass valve
-Precision 46mm wastegate
-Turbo Blanket
-Air filter
-3" electric DMH cutout

NOTE: The small crossover merge pipe only fits an auto. If you have a stick car you need the pipe for a stick car from hellion or this modified. The pipe can be bought from Hellion for arouond $150.

The paint on the cold side is chipping off.
O2 sensors and Wideband sensor in pictures are NOT included
MAF Sensor is not included (can include for extra$$)

You will need to make your own oil feed and drain and supply your own K member and suspension plus the other misc parts when going turbo. This kit is ready to go, buy the turbo of your choice and bolt it on!

Gonna look on Hellion as well; havent read much about turbo kits for our cars but this kit uses the flipped manifolds. Was it you that said this is better than a set of shorties in a different thread?

How about all the misc. pieces that come from Hellion like the hoses at the coolant crossover; are those needed? Included?

Hellion does not flip the manifolds. Hellion uses stock manifolds facing in the stock location. I saw the thread you are talking about though. Shorty headers like the FRPP or JBA have proven to not be a gain with this kit. The stock manifolds have gone well into the 8s. Do not get confused about shorties vs a tubular custom manifold like CGs. There is a difference there.

With that being said. I have been 9.7s@140+ on 93 pump gas on a 76mm turbo with this kid.

Everything you see in the pictures is what you get. There are misc parts you will need. I do not have the crossover coolant tube. I have the small tube that goes from the crossover to the T stat. The stock crossover tube can be easily modified also. If you have a 6 spd car, you will need a new merge pipe from Hellion which is about $150. The merge pipe I have is for an Auto car.

For the most part yes. Only difference would be how the pipe connects to the throttlebody. Looks like you have a 96 Cobra. The TB is at a different angle, so you would need to slightly modify the cold side pipe at the TB to mate to your setup.

What's the lowest you'll take for it? I pretty much have all the parts needed to go turbo so been looking for a set. PM me if you'd like
