Spent a couple hours this morning installing these. Fairly easy, but go ahead and rotate down the pan hard brace and the sway bar or youll never get the new one driver side muffler back in (Ive got Steeda sway bar and brace, so not sure it stock inhibits as much). So a couple of notes before I get to my issue/question. First, these sound pretty much like stock, so if youre considering these and expecting/hoping for a big change, youre going to be disappointed (I do still have stock H, these are the only exhaust mod). I did notice a little more burble at idle, which is cool. Other than aforementioned sway bar and brace annoyances, the install is cake......except for the alignment. Ive gotten them pretty even as far as distance they stick out past the valence, but the driver side side a little too low and cockeyed. Can someone recommend what adjustment needs to be made to get this to line up a little nicer in the cutout?

I just installed these on my 13 about a month ago...By far the nicest tips on the market IMO. On my car they are about the same as stock , maybe a little louder but IMO they are a deeper note with the stock H-Pipe. I now have the O/R H and they sound amazing...deep, loud and mean sounding. They do get louder after some miles have been put on. Anyway, I actually cut about an inch off my mid pipe because the stuck out to far for me. As far as aligning them in the valance, I loosened the clamp a little so I could move the muffler for alignment and have it stay once aligned, then crawled back under there and snugged the clamp. I was able to get real close to the same gap on all three sides. The bottom line is all the adjustment for alignment is at the muffler to tail pipe connection. I now have about 700 miles on them and nothing has moved.

^^im thinking this too. Loosen the clamp, roll the muffler.
While I had mine off I scuffed them with scotchbrite pads & painted them w/high temp black. From the rear, all you see is the muffler tips & it hides the muffler. Just an idea.

Not sure how much "rolling" I can do - the hangers and pipe alignment kind of dictate that I would think. Im wondering though if I loosen the slip sleeve at the H pipe and extend that side out, thereby pushing down on the inlet side of the muffler, then tip side will raise up some.

Hey, exhaust looks awesome. Love the corsa's.

What I want to know is how do you get into the car to back it out of storage? That is a tight fit right there!

I've never pulled my mufflers and aligned them perfectly on the re-install without also loosening up the clamp at the midpipe/overaxle pipe. Loosen that clamp up and the muffler clamp, and you can make all the small adjustments you need.

That'd be worth a try too. I remember they're a bitch to get off on, the hangers.
Surely the hanger is exact to OEM? You're this far into it, would shortening the hanger on that side help?

I was able to unbolt the sway bar and let if swing down. From there the mufflers went right into place. One trick is to put dish soap on the hanger and they slide right. Loosening the sleeve at the H pipe might work but if i remember correctly there are alignment pins that keep things from rotating. Paint the backside of the mufflers black is on my list as well.

Well the good part about the Corsa muffler hangers is that they dont have flared ends on the inlet side, so they slide right into the grommet, no problem. I agree the black paint might be a good idea, but if I could get the pipes to sit further up in the valence then it wouldnt be as big a deal.

LOL, it looks impossible in that picture, but in reality, there is a decent amount of space on the sides. its 10' wide.
