Anyone still have their clutch assist spring assembly?

Or know the part number? It appears that you have to buy the whole pedal assembly from Ford.

Specifically, I need the 2011-14 GT/Boss upper perch - the black part with the prong that sticks down. I broke mine installing my Steeda replacement spring. Tell me how much you want for it and I can send you payment via Paypal, cashier's check, or money order.
