VMP 2.8" pulley

I bought this a while ago for a TVS unit I had, sold the SC and still had this on the shelf. It's never had a belt on it, only been hand tightened a couple time to the snout to check alginment with other pulleys while fabing an adapter plate for the SC. Would like $75 shipped but negotiable.

Friday bump...make me an offer so it stops collecting dust on my shelf...

Would you do $50 and it can collect dust on my shelf?
