I've done countless drive cycles , had the o2 sensors checked by the dealer, reflashed pcm and double checked for a stock thermostat...still cannot get cat, o2 and heated o2 to ready... where should I look next? Any help appreciated

Its a PITA, but you just gotta drive the car. Dont worry about drive cycle parameters, just drive. A long road trip should help.

I've done plenty of searches. If the car had an aftermarket tune this would be an open and shut case.. the car is stock and I've tried many of the suggested fixes

How many miles have you driven? On my old 5.0 I had to drive a 100 plus miles and wend back to the inspector a couple times...

A long road trip won't help. I go through this every year lately. The only "fix" is city/town driving. Mine failed inspection yet again this past Saturday and again today. I went for a long road trip out to the mountains and back on Saturday, well over 200 miles round trip.

I used to have to do the same thing as every year after I bring it out of storage. I just short cycled the NYS inspection so it lands in the fall and I have a whole summer of driving it to cycle the sensors

300 miles should be way more than enough. I had same issues with my 2010 supercharged Roush, but it turned out the monitors had been turned off in the tune.

OP can you get local tuner to just look at (inside) your tune and confirm the monitors are on? That might be worth confirming.

Once my monitors were turned on, it took around 40 miles (or less) of driving to reset all mine except EVAP. But then one more short drive and a day or two sitting, and the EVAP reset itself too.

A local guy I talked to said that Fords reset monitors pretty quickly, so 300 miles is wayyyyyyy more than necessary. There are some specific drive cycle requirements that should be followed, such as: http://www.obdii.com/drivecycleford.html

According to OP the tune is stock. That being the case, its been known the stock monitors are a PITA to set. Im delaying my header install so that as I get near the time to start getting my emissions check in AZ, Ill have plenty of time to get the monitors squared away.

Ill eventually get the cats made for use with the Dynatech headers. For now, its easier for me to leave the logs in and use the stock cat midpipe.

Didn't take me more than 75mi, to set mine. I followed the repair manual to a tee though.
