Anyone swaped a 07 gt500 i am having issues figuring out the harnessing is the newer gt500 engine harness plug and play on older modle gt500s... i have the new harness but see some differences haven't dug in all the way yet. Main concern was when pulling out the old engine harness there was a section of the passenger side fuse block coming out with it do i just need to separate the wire loom to get it apart from the engine harness

I'm not sure what you have, but if you went with the PBH PCM you will have to use a 2011+ harness and you will lose you dash etc... That's why I passed on that setup.
My car is an 05 with a 09 GT500 PCM and the 09 harness was wired in (pain). I have the US shift Quick 6 (standalone) controlling my 6R80. My car was the first car outside of Karl's (Owner) to use this setup. My car ended up being a great test bed because I had an aftermarket (circle D) converter. He was able to use data from my car to correct problems that those with aftermarket converters would have had. I would highly recommend it. My car drives like stock, but I spent a lot of time and gas getting it that way.
Of course if you've already bought the PBH setup then that's all mute..

I bought the harnesses was going to go with that quick six but they said I could use the coyote computer instead and I thought having Lund tune it all would be a better option to keep it more Factory looking but if I'm going to lose my gauge cluster I'll be returning all of the wiring and going the quick 6 route

Ok so power by the hour is legit they informed me that this swap would need both harnesses and computers and alot of tweaking to keep my shelby with factory gages and everything functional. So that said im going back with my stock computer and harnessing and im going to go to the quick 6 controller and hope for the best on its shift points and pressures. Hopefully it holds up. But i think its probably the best (least expensive and simple) way to go on any early modle shelby like my 2007.

for any of interest i have the cooler in the tune is in. I need to figure out my controller now. Questions lie in the two 2 pin connectors that are hanging down around my 02 sensor harnessing there grouped in the loom with them as well. I assume these are input out put speed sensors but im not really sure. I was hoping @Twinturbo Ranger you might have an answer to the sensors and the hookup on the quick 6. Thanks in advance.

My car has had a bunch of combos in it so the wiring is a little more custom. However if it's the OSS here's how it goes . Pin 1 OSS signal goes to the cap and then the tan wire. Pin 2 signal return is grounded with the controllers ground. The Quick 6 setting is set to replicate only and the setting in the tune for the car( which most don't know) needs to be set to 40. Sct calls it "numbers of holes for OSS". The supplied cap has to be used. Hopefully that's what you're looking for ?
Thanks

Curious what did you use for a cross member? Also did the bellhousing from the 6r80 bolt right up to the 5.4? I have a 2008 GT500 and looking at doing a 6r80 swap using the quick6. Any other strange requirements for the shifter? Seems the electronics are figure out now just trying to get more info on the install itself.

I used factory ford parts from a 2011 Mustang. The crossmember bolts in and a 5.0 6R bolts up to any mod motor. The 11-14 shifter can be used but you have to cut the console top in earlier cars. The trim ring will cover the cup holder a hair. Hope that gets you going.

is the flexplate also from a 5.0? do I need one from my year 2008, or a newer model?
I use an SFI coyote plate. I know some have used a 5.4 plate but the converter depth is different by about an 1/8 inch. Since I knew the coyote plate was for sure the correct depth I went that way.
