Hey all its been a while sense I posted last. Finally, move to San Diego and I have an 1/8 mile 3 miles from the house at the quadcomm stadium. Ran the car and was a little disappointed but not bad at the times. Now this track is not prepped very well and I am on nitto 555r drag radials. Times were a 2.097 60ft 8.1-8.2 time with 90-91 mph. Mods are in sid. But full weight car minus the aje k member which is negated by full length mm subframe connectors so with me in it weighs around 3600lbs. DA was 1700 ft. Granted I have a .5 seconds in the traction department with a slick, I feel the mph should higher. What do you all think?

Chill lol it's probably not the most frequently visited part of the forum.....

Anything running a 2.0 60 ft is not gonna run a great time, especially in the 1/8, you don't have that extra 1/8 mile to make up lost time from a crappy launch.

Its not bad. Will bring ET down if you get better 60fts.
Your 1/8th mile time is about 115mph in the 1/4.

What transmission are you using?
Whats your rear suspension mods?
Whats your tire pressure?
What is your launch RPM?

BTW, Facebook groups are ghey...

Yep sorry for that post, was a bad day, Anyway here are the stats---
I am running a 03 cobra t-56
Suspension is koni yellows (full lose up front, full firm in the rear)
Stock springs
MM rear lower control arms
Steeda rear upper control arms
MM FL subframe connectors
275/40/17 nitto 555r drag radial at 16 psi
burn out after the water box
launching around 2000ish and working the clutch with that, any more and it just spins.

Just found a major false knock issue that was pulling up to 6 degrees of timing. The passenger side AJE k member mount was bent causing a metal to metal contact. I am waiting on the new part and a set of big and littles with a good slick on it to arrive. So I can do some retesting and see if better traction and if the pcm is not pulling timing, fixes the mph issue. Ill try to post up the slips and videos.

Qualcomm is legitimate parking lot, not a track. Try Barona or head up to Fontana if you'd like get some real numbers. Qualcomm is fun, but it's just for fun, if you know what I mean.

The rear shock settings, instead of full firm, try it somewhere in the middle. You want some weight transfer and help the rear squat.

So did some datalogging and found some false knock. The passenger side motor mount was bent and causing a metal to metal contact. Waiting on parts but will be trying again to get the car into the 7s 1/8 mile at quad com with just nitto 555rs. I will have someone watch the car and see how it squats and see if I need to adjust the shocks. Going to do some datalogging at the track and post some pics and videos. Any input is welcome. I will also being showing the difference between the triple 5 r's and a set of summit stars with an actual slick on it.
