Belt keeps coming off crank help!!!

The lower idler bracket has spacers..behind plate.


Does plate have 2 holes..for different size pulley

^^^good thinking....I've read of couple people moving the lower idler to the farther away position and it solving this issue.

Did you do anything with the alternator pulley? looks like the belt from the alternator to the crank pulley is misaligned .

Well the motor was all apart and now that i put it back together the belt doesnt line up with the bottom

Double check the idler on the lower right side. I removed it once and when I reinstalled it it was slightly off. Removed it set it flat and recheck

The one that sits on the the lower bracket roght? Could that cause the belt to come 1 rib off tge crank

Yes that bottom 1 next to lower..
That's on the plate. .

If plate is straight pulley is the only thing left other than alternator bracket on bottom.

Yes i just looked and my brackets seems not to be straight hopefully this fixes the issue
