OK guys I put in a edelbrock water pump changed out the thermostat (tested to confirm it works correctly) flushed out heater core, had aluminum tank dipped in acid to be cleaned and replaced expansion tank cap. ...but... coolant still blows out expansion tank! what could be causing this?. .I have been burping it since I just flushed everything, Drove the car around it cruised at 190* no major heat issues. I opened the hood and see the coolant splashed all over.i did leave 2 inches of space when filling the tank. Any ideas? .?.

You sound like you understand how the system works but just to be sure, are you filling from the highest point ( the cross over) or the tank itself? If you fill from the tank it will make air pockets.

Route it to a catch can. I don't have a pic of an exact setup like yours but here's how I did my previous combo. Just get a nice fitting high temp hose (1/4" iirc) and a clamp.
If you look closely, you can see a few ideas on how to also mount head breathers to a catch can, etc.
