I bought the car with the MGW already installed. It still works great, I just upgraded to the gen 2. Whoever put it on got a little crazy with the rtv on the dynamats but they are still in good condition. You get everything you see in the picture (excluding my coffee table..) which should be all the hardware and mats you need to install the shifter.
