Anybody from Michigan out here?

Just trying to see if there are any Cobras or other SVT's active on here from SE Michigan. I'm in the Brighton area, let's hear from you if you're out there!

Im in Plymouth. I see a few Terminators around here once in a while.

I saw a few terminators this past weekend. It seems that since the Motor City Terminators group is no longer around that the SVT Cobra scene and Terminators, in particular, are underserved as far as groups go. I went to the MOCSEM Mustang Memories show and that club is so large and from what I can tell, more intended for older cars. I am newer to town and back in the Cobra saddle recently and trying to find some people and places with common gear head interests, ie. hot rodding around and talking shop. I mean, it's friggin Motor City, there has got to be some cool get together's happening around town for something newer than a 68 fastback.

I dont own a Terminator but have a 2002 GT with a Kenne Bell.

Id be down to meetup sometime. Most activity I think is around Woodward or Telegraph during the summer. Theres a Cars and Coffee at lingenfelter in Wixom every Saturday morning. Beck rd south of 96.

Ive actually never ridden in a Terminator, despite how much I love the car.

I will be heading up to Lingenfelter this Saturday in my TR Vert if you wanna meet up

I'm from Shelby Township. We have a facebook group called Southeast Michigan Terminators (03/04 Cobra)

I'm in Marysville. Just got my 03 the other day!

Moved into the metro Detroit area last fall after living in Florida for 27 years. Just sold a 1969 Camaro at GR Auto Gallery in Commerce. Bought a 2011 GT500 with 2,700 miles on it last month. The car is bone stock with svtpp as the only factory option. I'll check in here occasionally. Not going to resize pictures in order to post them here. I was able to use my avatar that the other gt500 forum aotomatically does to get an avatar here.
I'm figuring on getting in touch with Alternative Performance in New Baltimore over the winter.

Lidio is the guy to go to for tuning etc. He fills up so you might want to contact him soon to set up your appointment if you want your car in and ready for spring.

I've been told by a few people he's the macdaddy for Mustangs up here. I was a few miles from VMP when I lived in Florida but never used them.
The weather is supposed to be decent this week so I think I will swing by Alternative. I'd like to see what options are available to me. Maybe he has some take-off tvs units that he can make a deal on. I don't need an 800hp car but would like a little more than stock.

Up here a little ways in Saginaw

Been a customer of Lidio for 20yrs and his shop just had a 30th anniversary definitely a milestone in this industry.
He actually may have a take off blower and if not I do. Hopefully racing with Lidio and our friends this coming week and weekend.
Milan this week but Lidio has been big at Lapeer.
