I am about to install lowering springs on my 01 Cobra. I'm a little concerned about the rear install, anyone have any installation instructions, videos or tips. The fronts are straight forward. Thanks in advance.

For the rear I drop the catback, unbolt the shocks and calipers, remove the rear cradle bolts then tilt the IRS down. You might have to loosen the front cradle bolts to get things to move. Insrallation is the reverse. If you have issues getting the rear of the cradle back in place put a jack stand under the K member. That keeps the car from tilting forward.

^^^what he said. Once you unbolt the cat back, the rear end swings down quite a bit.

Dive in to it. I found the rear easier to do than the front!!!

Just undo your cat-backs from the hangers and rear bumper. You don't have to remove them.
Also, do yourself a favor while the IRS is lowered and replace your fuel filter (guess how I know?).

Attached are installation instructions from American Muscle. I used them on my spring replacement. I didn't use H&R springs, but that won't matter.

Confession:
I compressed my springs, then held them with 8 metal bands..then cut the bands after install and jacking the arms to compress them a bit more.
stupid and lucky..
