I wear low cut hiking shoes or desert boots pretty much year round. At 13EE, the bottoms are a little wide for driving, so I opt for anything else I have that is smaller, but I haven't found anything ideal. I'd like something that works with jeans ideally.

Any casual shoes that you guys find work better for operating three pedals?

I have a big foot but not a double wide like you. I really can and do wear anything, but my favorite shoe is a Merrel Vapor Glove. It is a barefoot running shoe, I use it to work out and occasionally wear it to bum around. They are a snug fit, they feel perfect for driving. (edit: unless you like a rigid sole, they are soft, like no shoe)

I wear a 14E or sometimes a 13 depending on manufacturer. I get neuromas in my feet so I can't stand to have any kind of narrow shoe. New Balance are my friend. I recently found a few pairs of Ecco shoes that fit right and were extremely comfortable as well. Walked all over NYC in them with no pain.

I usually wear flip flops in the warm months. However, when I drive, it's barefoot. Obviously not when it's chilly out.
When I wear sneakers, it's usually these. Comfy, narrow, and lightweight. Lots of grip too.

ADIDAS Super Stars or Sambas here. Superstars are great for the flat sole along with being able to wear them with jeans if you want to go out. Keep them clean and they will last a long time looking good.
