What should I do to my stock block for it could make it handle at least 500hp to the wheel without any problems or risks since I want to add more mods... right now I have (headers, intake, tune) and I'm hitting 395hp but I'm trying to make 450-500 without my engine blowing. What should I do to the block?

I'm wondering same thing. I have intake, valve body shift kit and a dyno tune on it. I want to do headers, exhaust and a throttle body.

For you, I'd suggest you don't waste money on anything you listed other than exhaust. I would suggest a MAF, 6lb lower pulley, plugs and a good dyno tune.
This will put in the 400whp range, and with traction the truck will run high 12s and be stone reliable.

The road to 500whp is expensive. Period. Pushing the lightning past the 450hp limit for very long will lead to an expensive mess.

I suggest you both read this thread

Thanks. Forgot to mention it already has a 4lb lower.

Thanks. Forgot to mention that it has the 4lb lower on it already. Only had the truck for three weeks. Looking to bump it up just a little. My main ride is my 09 GT500 pushing over 600 to the wheels right now. Goal for it is 750-800.

Looking at purchasing the SCT BA-3000 MAF now. Debating on switching to the 6lb lower since it already has the 4lb. I know 2 PSI is 2 PSI though. Still have more plans to go as well, but need to start somewhere I guess.

At your power level the BA2600 is going to be a much better choice. It has better fidelity down low and will be easier to tune. Swapping from a 4lb lower to a 6lb lower typically will net about 10hp and 20-30 ft/lbs, with more torque down low. So its noticeable.
