Here are the mods and HP over all of the changes to my Shelby thru the years. I never had a true base line as the car was stock for about 5 miles. Things to note, the upper pulley was only worth 7HP. Then adding the headers dropped the psi. Even though I had an O/R pipe on it before, the headers opened up the sound at 2500rpms. Finally with the 10% OD, per the dash gauge, the air fuel at idle is a little richer. When they took it all a part, there was very little oil inside the cooler. Score one for Bob. All the HP levels mentioned are SAE5 and run on the same dyno. Can't wait to see how it runs at the track. Next year, gears.

--> CJ Mono Blade TB - JLT 127mm Carbon Fiber Intake – MRT O/R H-Pipe – Tune (102) - BMR LCA/panhard - 315 NT05R - CR Racing Heat Exchanger – (670HP/653TQ/18.11psi)(11.36 at 129mph)

--> 2.39” Upper Pulley - 90mm idler pulley - BOB’s Oil Separators – (677HP/665TP/18.69psi) (11.16 at 129mph)(ran slightly smaller tires and skinnys).

--> ARH headers O/R H-pipe (708HP/683TQ/17.0psi)

--> ATI 10% OD – ARP Crank stud – Thump tensioner – KB Bigun intercooler – (765HP/740TQ/20.8psi)

Here’s my latest dyno

Here’s the dyno after the headers. Sound quality is better

Here are all 4 dyno’s put together and some shots of the latest work.

Note the black lines marked out, this is how much was grinded away to help the new cooler.

Great write up and great thread!

I just installed a trinity blower on my 2007 along with a whipple throttle body.

Stock manifolds with x pipe.

I was going to buy an upper 2.4 next but maybe I just go straight to headers and a lower 10% instead!

Wonder why you only gain .5 psi switching from a 2.6 to a 2.39. Something doesn’t make sense there.

The total at the end looks awesome, hoping to be around that mark next spring.

I have a Lund tune. It was preinstalled on the handheld I got alone with the first batch of parts and the same tune has worked with all the additions.

And I still have the stock fuel system.

Did you do any data logging? I have almost the exact mods and identical power level, I'm maxing out the stock fuel system @6100 rpms.

Same tune. I did reach out to Lund last year before the headers were installed. They took a look at my tune on record and said it would handle it. As for the latest mods, the shop data logs and while I don’t know every specific, it was fine. There was mention though that any further and the fuel system will need addressing. I think there is more than just fuel to consider at this point. A few “B” words come to mind: Billet, Bottom end but hopefully not Boom. Its all tucked away for the winter so we’ll see come spring what fortification is done.

You still on stock injectors?

You running a BAP?

I still have stock injectors and no BAP. The BAP however might be a quick add-on for insurance (or necessity). That I was going to talk to the shop about over the winter.

I just had to add A BAP, but I'm considering a full return style fuel system and e85 for some added safety in the near future.

Nice post.
My stock fuel system (93 octane with octane booster) was fine per Lund at 755rwhp.

What is that Kinetic crank saver stud?

Search FB for Kinetik Motorsport (kinetikms) out of Houston TX and scroll down to August 23rd and 24th you’ll find more info. Instead of using a new ARP bolt when replacing the crank pulley, this new stud helps to fill the void inside the crank thus in theory helping to secure/stabilize the pulley better.

Is the dyno on 93 octane or race gas? Your tune should be adjusted for modifications such as headers and pullies. This doesn't sound right to me.
