Lmfao well I guess I shouldn't have expected anything less from SVTP. I'm just excited to be having my first kid and I wanted to somehow bring my car into it since my girlfriend wanted to do a reveal. But I won't lie, I laughed pretty damn hard at some of the responses.

Shit like this thread makes me feel old :p

(We have a 2YO so this is still pretty fresh, but my car guy response to a “gender reveal party” would’ve been along the lines of “have important things to do like pick the dust out of my ac vents”)

Lmfao yeah I get it, and probably 2 years ago I would have said the same thing lol. Oh well I'll let her plan whatever she wants.

Just the word gender makes me cringe these days with all it relates to.
I just wish you a happy healthy youngster regardless of its color...... Blue/Pink.

We did the cake thing. Was pretty neat to experience it with our family/friends. Isn't that what it's all about, enjoying time and life changes with your family?

Now the 2nd child, well you know... Lol

It seems to be more having something you can put up on facebook, instagram, etc for likes from randoms.

We did that gender thing as well, but it was kept just for families and close friends. Both me and my wife aren't the "look at me" type on FB.
Good excuse to get some friends together, have a few drinks and shoot the shit.

Move to California, make up a new gender (like Binary-Confusemale or amorphamale or something, it doesn't really matter), announce the gender, and sue the pants off anyone who has a problem with it. Use that money to move out of California and you're set for life.

Now that said, if you want to use your GT500, fill a bunch of dummies with blue or pink paint. Stage them on the side of the street then run them over while losing control.

I cannot stop laughing. This is epic.

We did similar. Just close friends like 4 of them total and our parents and siblings. Not a party. My wife and I knew we were having a boy but we wanted to see what our family would guess.

We got a cake to do the reveal.

You knew there were a lot of prudes here right? What did you expect lol? With that said, Screw Rice has the best suggestion(would probably go viral if done right) with the cake idea running second.

Well, this thread is interesting. Had OP not lololol at the replies...
It's all good, I would have said the same stuff these guys did 2 years ago. And I have to admit some of there response made me Lmfao.

Very true, I just know my mom and my girl are really excited and it's more for them than me, I just wanted to try and make my car a part of it, but it's not a big deal. She came up with some idea with M&Ms so we are going with that lol.
