Selling a set of used Corsa Ultimate Touring Mufflers. They are in good shape but not perfect. They were on my 2008 GT500 when it was wrecked which resulted in some light scuffing on the side of one tip. I tried to show it in the pictures I took but I can take more if need be. Other than that they look pretty good. I cleaned them up a little for the pictures but they are still a bit dirty. Price is $400 + shipping.

I have been locked on getting a set of FR500S mufflers for the '09 but NOW you've caught my eye w/these- what gorgeous cans & I know they are truly high quality.

I searched the net but can't find but one video w/these particular mufflers on a GT500 so, of course, I gotta ask: can you define their tonal qualities? As a Corsa, I'm assuming ZERO drone but, as the Ultimate Touring mufflers, I'm concerned about them being too quiet.

Fire away. grizzly.

Ya the information online about these things is few and far between. As far as sound goes it all depends on what you have done. I was running Kooks long tubes with a catted H and I still woke the neighbors on a cold start. Once they are warmed up I think they settle into the Borla S-type range but get into the gas and they definitely let you know they are there. While bumming around town though they are fairly sedate, you know they are there but you can still talk on the phone with the windows up. I did run them for a little while with an O/R H-pipe but it was just a bit much for me. The O/R pipe really ups that growl when you are in the pedal.

That is a link to a video posted by Corsa. Should give you a better idea. Sounds like they are running it with an o/r pipe but I am not sure.

I've got the stock exhaust manifold, pipes and cats. The only other exhaust mod I'll be doing is a swap out of the OEM x-pipe w/a Shelby H pipe, which I already have.

I've got a set of Steeda (Borla) S types on there already but really wanted the KR500S cans originally; the Steedas fell into my lap but they're not to my taste. The Corsas, however, I think could be. My only concern w/them is being too quiet. I'm not looking for really loud but definitely above OEM muffler sound level.

Thanks for the video clip. Dennis landed a set of FR500S cans off ebay and installing them next week. That will help me decide between the two, that is, if yours are still available at that point.
