Window sticker lookup problem

What site are you using?
Ford will no longer let the public view window stickers online if the car is sold from the dealership.
This works because the vehicle is not sold:

How is the quality. Is it the same as the original Ford piece?
It is the exact same window sticker, same quality. It was printed by Ford.
The return address shows the following:

Allen Park MI 48101
