That looks awesome. I do a lot of salmon with light garlic salt and thyme with hash browns.

Brown sugar, lemon juice concentrate, and soy sauce. cook salmon then spread on top for finish.

You could reduce in a pot if wanted then put on salmon at very end

The brown sugar must thicken the soy sauce up pretty good then? Depending on if cooking time?

Yep this was about 1/2cup sugar, and 1/2tsp lemon, oh shit three drops of worcestershire as well(forgot that one), then soy sauce just till it will stir up, maybe tsp in this case.

Think BBQ sauce consistency. can add garlic as well, but kids were eating it so didn't put any in

Tonight? Smoked Squirrel Chili. You heard it right. 3 squirrels. Red & green peppers, cheese, onions, various spice.
Crock pot the squirrel till tender, de-bone, combine all the spices, finish off on Big Green Egg smoker for 2 hours. Yeah buddy! High protein, low fat. Ozark food.
