It'a looka' like'a maaan.....Do you know the make on this? I was searching around and didn't see it...
Hope the valance works out for you. If I get bored I may try again....but I doubt it.
Beating on it I get 17-18mpg.....but mostly get 20-21. We've gone on trips before and got 23-24.
So I doubt there is much measurable wind resistance.
No boss manifold for me....still on stock 11-14. But with that 2018 getting rave reviews and Bill approving it... It's hard not to spend the 250 bucks for 40ish whp. That's what I figure as well - can't be much of an appreciable difference. That's ridiculous mileage with this kind of power. Gotta love it man!
Let me know on that Boss IM hose connection if you recall what you used there.
Bill... What are your thoughts on a ported 2018 manifold? And now that you've had yours on for a while do you feel a tune revision is actually necessary? The TB tube is the same on the boss kit & the std GT kit. Also in addition to the boss intake working I can confirm the 2018 intake works fine with the tube and would almost guarantee the gt350 intake would work just fine as well. The 2018 intake has a more upward angle and the fitment is pretty tight but works.

Funny.....i did the autocross thing with my 02 2valve. No power but full maximum motorsports suspension.
Nothing is wrong with it besides that grinding 3rd gear but it just sits in the garage until I can figure out what I really want to do with the car.
Realistically I'd like to drop a built and turbo coyote motor in it and go for a thousand horsepower to be really stupid... But then my logical side just says throw a small blower on it and call it a day.

Cool... I think all the hype and back order is kind of going away so I'll try to pick one up for about 250 bucks.I don't believe so, not on s197's that is. S550 is vastly different and would require one but 11-14 you should be fine without one IMHO.

I think it's hilarious people buying these manifolds from speed shops or performance shops for over $300 and you can get the things straight from your Ford dealer for 250. Lmao
