Those of you that have installed a return system, how did you route it?

Feed line passenger side with filter under the pass seat and return line goes down the drivers side with the FPR mounted in the fender

Looks like you’ve read Malcolm’s thread..... I’m set up the same.

That doesn't sound right. If he followed malcolm I believe both lines run on the same side.

If the FPR is in the passenger fender then i don't see why you'd run a return on the opposite side. If the FPR is on the driver side then it's most likely not setup deadhead as the FRP would be after the rails. This all assumes feed is on the passenger side.

I meant by mounting the regulator in the fenderwell

Got all the wiring finished last night, tested the system and set my fuel pressure to 40 psi (gauge is really hard to read, setting it to 39 would be nearly impossible). Silly fender liner gave me fits, hopefully it doesn't rub, though I bet it will. Anyone have a suggestion for a reference point for the FPR boost/vacuum line?

Can't you just use the line that went to the fuel pressure sensor on the rail?

Don't set your fuel pressure by a gauge on the regulator. Datalog with KOEO and set it based on the drop across the injectors.

I ended up just tapping into where the boost gauges are connected, was the shortest route.

What size and type of hose did you end up using going to your regulator for vacuum/boost reference?

Guage said 40psi, but I am seeing 41ish at the ECU.

7/16's vac, had to step it up right before the reg cause its 1/4", I need something smaller so it can all be the same size. No one had anything in town though smaller then 1/4" 1/8NTP though.

Managed to get off work early, had to rush out and get it inspected. No fuel leaks yet, I didn't hammer on it, but it seems happy.
