Has anyone switched from a 2013 front end to a 2012?

I just think the 2012 front end looks much better. Especially with the 13 head and taillights. Any ideas on cost? And if there is someone out the with a high mileage candy red 12 that wants to swap then let me know.

It shouldnt be too expensive. Just front bumper/cs fascia and hood i believe.

Wow your the only person Ive ever seen going the opposite way lol, If anything you should end up making money since the 13/14 stuff is more valuable.

You’d probably get a similar outcome by removing your fog lights and putting a Roush grille on it.

See I think that looks much better. Personally I want the 12 front in with boss fog deletes

One of the reasons I got a 13 after my 12 was because the front end looked so much better on the 13. I guess two each his own but I need an open front end cause I need airflow. I do remember seeing a couple front end aftermarket setups that I did like tho that were only available on the 12.

i love the look of the 12 front end. the point to me is much more appealing vs the round nose. (kinda the same as why i like the 2007 CBR1000RR more than the 2008 CBR1000RR) Looks much more aggressive to me.

I do love the 13+ head/tail lights more than the 12's. I ordered my car just before they came out with the 13's, and was toying with the idea of waiting... parts of me wants the track apps and such, but as its basically not a daily anymore, no need for it... maybe i'll pick up a used 13/14 premium gt here in a few years, when they can be had for pretty cheap.

This..... I had to have the HID's and LED's which is actually one of the main reason I wanted a 13-14 S197 over my 12. To me its makes the car a modern day classic with those options. HID are so much better then halogen and the LED's just look badass.

I do have the 12 hid's, which is Awesome. But agree its basically a necessity over the halogens.

I’m the same as the OP.
The 11-12 front ends look a lot better then the 13-14’s ( with the 13-14 headlights in ).

&

The rear tails on the 13-14’s look awesome.
I plan on switching to the 13-14 but in my area they cost so damn much.
