Our 2010 "Big Blue" Sport Trac Adrenalin project is here! Requirements:
Honestly I don't know why SVT didn't make these trucks. They could have sold thousands of these. 400 hp? OK. 500 HP? Now we're talkin'.
We originally installed the Brenspeed stage I Stryker kit on this bad boy back in February and it's been bulletproof ever since. That was at 38,000 miles. After 5000 miles, it's perfect. Doug and team were super helpful in our installation. The kit came with 95% of what we needed. The rest was simple COTS stuff. Wires, looms, etc. We decided to kick it up a notch because...we had the cash and the craziness to do it:
This kit is totally worth it. We haven't even refined the "out of the box tune" yet. Exhaust is stock. Bottom end is stock. What I can say based on running this with fellow Mustang owners at the track that it's most likely around 400 RWHP in current form. Keep in mind we're at 7000' and it launches hard, even at this altitude. We'll know for sure soon once it's dyno'd this summer.
Next modifications:
- Gotta be an Adrenalin
- Gotta have AWD
- Gotta have a V8
- Gotta have low mileage
