If anyone needs financing...try jjs best auto loans. Slightly higher rates but made for older vehicle/classic car purchases. Regular banks usual will not finance a vehicle this old. Just another Avenue to try.

Credit unions are much better than banks. I've already asked mine as far as financing for a Cobra in about two yrs from now. They will finance 80-90% of the cars value and will offer 60 months for anything under 120,000 miles

Hopefully they don’t do NADA value. My car with 24k miles was NADA at 15-18k according to some credit union. If that’s true, NADA isn’t up to date with the terminators value in my opinion. I suppose If you have a little cash up front you can offset the 80-90% if that’s not enough

I plan on having $2,500-$5,000 on hand to offset the cost of what they do not cover. That's a good point about the NADA value I have yet to ask them how they value the cars. That's something I'll look into this week. I dont want any unexpected issues coming up when the time comes to start looking once my F150 is paid off.

Banks go off of NADA value. I always thought that going through a local branch was best but the online option is top notch and if you have good credit you get almost identical interest rates
