I see alot of people on this board don't know the difference between an 87 grand national and a 87 GNX. One can be easily had off craigslist for $15k and the other is a 6 figure unicorn. To each is own but i dont know why would anyone have a $15k car on their bucket list.

me personally...

diablo 6.0
de tomaso pantera gts
05 ford GT
bentley continental super sport

Because its an obtainable bucket list. 15k is a lot to some people.

Wait - $15k will get you a GN? I was just looking at a turbo regal (not GN) on BAT and I think it was >$30k w/ 5 days left.

Condition, Mileage, etc.

Shit, 15 years ago a friend got one for $6k making 500whp.

Hmm, not really “bucket list” as I always think of that crap as like “oh, just before I die and I’m 83 y/o and can’t even wipe my ass”....

But cars I’d like to own.

G-Body
G-Wagon
Lifted Bro-tactic Ram Cummins
Corvette
Something with a 351C
Turbo Mustang

That’s at this five minutes

No, I got it right. I want a GN, not a GNX.
I know the difference (and I assume the others do as well). I have no desire to modify an uber rare car to my tastes. I'd rather find a clean GN and do with it as I wish.
Yeah the GNX is badass, but I lusted after a GN since the early 90s.

I'll take an 87, no T-tops please.

This.

I can't afford a GNX. A plain GN is plenty fine. Heck, stock is fine by me.

That's why I stated "G-body".

I would mutilate it.

Maybe a built Ford 3.8 Split-Port, big Chinese turbo mated to an A6 and 8.8 Rear.

Take it to GM shows and see who notices and who's head explodes.

LMFAO

I would too personally. You can make big power wit those cars if you have the $$$, as with any car really.
