That's BS man, call back again today.
I've never bought MSD products, but I sure as hell wont now.

I will, after lunch I'm going to call again.
I mean I hate stress and a lot of times I just cut my losses but I paid $366 and I got nothing, I just want my $ back... And I shouldn't be led to feel guilty for wanting that.
Most of all my mind is just blown that these coils are so crappy. I can understand one call going out po353, but then the next day another coil goes out? Po351.
I can't wait to see what happens today on the way home. (I brought a spare OEM with me once again today tho).

I let MSD know about your issue. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly and amicably.

I just looked those up. They do look like a good alternative. I like that they are made in the USA:

If you peel the denso sticker back on the top you can see the motorcraft stuff under it and on the body you can see where they ground off the ford embossing in the plastic

Thank you SID for getting me in contact with Ray @MSD.
Ray seems to be very professional.
Ray offered to replace the defective coil/coils (once MSD received defective coils and checks them out then I can wait to have Replacements shipped back to me). I did find that he sent me a UPS RMA so that I can do that. That's option #1
I was told that I could not have a refund$ because I purchased coils through Beefcake racing... but that if Beefcake racing gives me a refund$ then MSD would refund Beefcake racing. *stress*
So I've reached out to Beefcake racing.
In the meantime all I can say is that crap happens, I understand that and I'm not bashing anyone I do thank the good Lord that there are forums and communities like this so the right people can be contacted, the right things can be done, etc.

I cant believe MSD/Beefcake won't just give a full refund.
Beefcake will be added to my list along with MSD.

To be fair, you can't expect a manufacturer to give you a refund for the full retail price when you didn't buy it directly from them. Since MSD is willing to refund TBR then they should be willing to refund you. I'll let Terry know.

You're right Sid MSRP is different than wholesale so I'm sort of seeing that picture / im understanding.
Terry just called me back he's going to contact MSD and get it straightened out, I never stopped having faith in Terry, I've just been shocked by the whole mess, I guess.

BTW for the record I have lately started purchasing a lot more products from beefcake. McLeod rst clutch, n2mb wot box, radiator supports, etc because his prices are really good and he has always done me right... lol yes and I thought the name Beefcake racing was crazy too but price is right and Memorial Day and Labor Day and Black Friday sales are awesome.

MSD Coil #3 has failed.
I've removed all MSD coils now, using only OEM. I should hear back from Terry in the next day or so and I will be shipping them back anyway.

I had a similar problem on my foxbody when I installed an MSD 6 box. Car ran like crap. Put the stock stuff back on and still racing it on the road course today. I won't by and MSD ignition anything for any car.
