A floor epoxy or polycuramone is a must! It has been awesome when cleaning up oil, transmission fluid, etc.

I'm only a little concerned about jack stands or tool drops, damaging the finish. I'm considering RaceDeck, but I'm a ways away from the flooring stage.

Not sure I've ever posted the house garage. 3 car, with space next to the closest bay to the house for a freezer and such. I use one bay as a dog kennel. The third bay is extended in length and fits my super duty.

Just curious how these modular garage floorings are doing. I keep thinking that all kinds of crap; spills, debris and such just falls below it. You all liking them?

Recently purchased a new house. Everything still needs a lot of work but there is tons of room for current and future projects.

Shop is 80x49 not including the apartment on the side.

Then there is a barn that's currently just for storage with two levels and a 2 car garage.

Current state, still planning on a lift in one corner and work benches along one wall. Then it'll still be at least a 1/2 basketball court as all the cars and equipment will stay on the one end.

That’s an incredible setup right there! Any plans to rent spots out to cover costs and mod money? I’m looking to end up with similar room and figure I have enough car buddies / acquaintances I can rent spots to, cheaper than market but enough to be worth the “hassle”. I’m definitely not interested in renting to complete strangers. Too many nut jobs out there.

Holy hell that is my dream! Only problem with big is keeping it conditioned for humidity and heat. I'll take an insulated oversized 3 car garage myself unless someone else wants to help pay for the utilities

That's one future project is insulating and moving the wood stove from the house to the shop for heat in the winter (house has new HVAC so doesn't need the wood stove). As for the summer it's got a lot of windows and with the two doors open it stays bearable, warm but bearable.

Thanks, it's more than I would have built if it wasn't already there but I'm super happy with it. I had toyed with the idea of renting out space during the winter. I have a couple friends with boats that rent for the winter but I'm sure I could beat the price they pay. Would have to really think about what price would be worth the hassle though. It's nice to have half the shop wide open to move stuff around or work on daily drivers if need be without having to move any of the project cars.

Or to play freaking basketball in....

Good lord man, you've got an awesome set up.
