What say you?
Some people like the sound of a push rod motor, some like the look of the original seats, some like the original dash, some want the stock hood and some would not mod it at all.

If you were going to build a fox how far would you go with the mods?
Swapping the engine, seats, interior, suspension, hood, brakes, etc, etc???
Tell me what and maybe why?

Stock performance is too horrible to live with.

Coyote/terminator swap, terminator brakes or better, irs

Stock tweed interior, dash, hood,

all the way......

to the junkyard. :)

Seriously though who cares what anyone else thinks. Build the car you want. Fox's are a great build platform to do whatever you want with. If I were to do one today It'd definitely be a coupe. Coyote 6r80 swap with a whipple.

I would do a coyote swap, single turbo, 6r80/th400, with only 2 seats. Notch & keep it looking car show clean on the outside yet stripped on the inside. Because racecar, thats why. But I can only day dream.

I like them to be stock and clean appearing. I put a bigger engine and Supercharger on mine and it’s a freaking animal. Looks stock, aside from it being lowered and a gauge pod, which is how I like it.

Black notchback with a set of Cobra R chrome wheels.
347 stroker with long tubes, h pipe and 2 chamber Flowmasters dumped at the axle. Full suspension with all the other typical Foxbody undercarriage goodies.

That was my dream Fox back in 2000, and still is. The 03-04 Cobra came in to my life and changed my thoughts a bit though.

With this old girl I don't want to mess with the exterior, or it's awesome tan interior with the deluxe LX beanbag chairs. Who knows, I may jack up the power later (who am I kidding, of course I will) but for now, it's as is. It's is a complete gut job swap carwith everything underneath from an 88 GT, including the factory EFI.

Yep, a no-console, no-radio, no-ac, no-power-option coupe. It's certainly not practical but, it's pretty light, I think. It's pretty much the exact opposite of my 2014 loaded GT.

Hard to find, somewhat....lots of people have got Barrett-Jackson fever over these very common old crates and want stupid money, particularly for notch 87-93 cars.

I just went to look at a fox for my sister.
Triple white 93 feature convertible.
Pretty sure she pretty much stole it. Very original with 127k, other than new paint. Even the headlights and tails are new, but have the Ford logo.
I'll update with a price after the deal Is done, we just left a deposit.

Anyone know anyone doing Carfax reports still?

I love my fox. It’s slowly and surely coming along. Hoping to finish up my cobra brake and 5 lug conversion soon.
