I recently installed new carpet in my 2012 GT500, so the seats, center console, panels etc. came out of the car. Got it all back together and now when I turn the key on everything comes on like normal, but when I turn the key to start it, nothing happens. It's also showing "Service Advancetrac" on the dash. Any ideas? Short of pulling the entire car back apart, I'm wondering if there's anything specific I should check. TIA for any suggestions!

Weird.. Service Advancetrac" shouldn't cause a no start issue. Try disconnecting the battery to reset the computer?

Check the starter switch electrical connector.

Here's what I'm seeing on the dash. I'm thinking something got unplugged or didn't get plugged back in. Anyone know where to start? I really don't want to pull the carpet back out if I can help it.

Check and see if the rubber bumper that contacts the switch is still on the clutch pedal arm.

That's my guess too. Neutral safety switch is either not plugged in, bad or there is insufficient pedal travel to engage it. The latter could mean the rubber stop disappeared. If it's there, try adding some dynamat or something similar to the rubber snubber.
