Don't forget to add alcohol to that list. But seriously, what I do on my own property is my own business especially if I am not hurting or disturbing anyone. If I want to eat paint chips, that my own stupid decision.

The ignorance astounds me. Oh and lol at the pic. In Colorado Springs we were perfectly legal with a firearm and weed. The police chief at the time even said if you have a gun and a joint it is ok.

I'm well aware of what drug means. Do you know the history of Marijuana and why it is classified as a "drug"?
It is currently listed under a Schedule 1 drug. Which means it has zero medical use. Which we both know is not true.

Texas does have the absolute most corrupt justice system across the us, yes Philadelphia, Chicago etc have the single biggest crooked departments but Texas overall has the most shockingly corrupt officials. It’s no different then the last two decades, known as the good ole boy days.

It’s who you know, did you attend Baylor, and how deep are your pockets in the county I live in. Attending Baylor gets you deferred probation and a $400 fine for rape. DWI? 10,000 and 4 DWIs arrests turns into 0 convictions. Being the father of a popular home renovation show gets you out of an embarrassing photo on the front page for getting a happy ending.

Well I assume you won’t even take an Advil or allergy pill. Those are drugs therefor addicting right.

Marijuana absolutely has incredible medicinal benefits, as well as the tax benefit for the state. I think it’s funny tho they matched the black market prices, which has only expanded greatly without every state legalizing.

Caught with a roach or gram or two it’s gettibg smashed into the ground no charge. Gram of coke or meth and you’re going to prison.

Methadone clinics are closely regulated and it’s not given out like candy, you don’t just showup when you can’t find heroine, as it’s not synthetic heroin. Its purpose is to help with opioid dependence which is very deadly, not get you high.

Do you have any children? Ask your wife if she thinks fentanyl and epidurals should be illegal. There’s a purpose for every drug, but you can’t help others from themselves .

Well actually you are right advil and other drugs like it are addictive. There are people that pop 4-8 every single day. That clearly an additive issue.

Weed does have some great medical benefits but its not to do with smoking it. Thats just to get high.and thats not why states have legalized it. Its for the tax revenue from recreational use. The actual breakdown of weed and remove the THC is what they are finding is great for medical use.

Coke and meth are not even the same thing. Im guessing because they can look the same when there both broken down to snorke people think its the same thing. No dought your going to prison or at least jail for having either of the 2.

You assume that all methadone clinics are highly regulated and you are assuming they dont give them out like candy. Might want to check out SF its like a candy shop down there. Also methadone does get you high which is why there are different levels of it depending on your use. Its basically used to keep people from getting sick from with draws and it most definitely gets people high. Just not the same exact high as herion.

Dont have kids and dont think fentanyl and epidurals should be illegal. Yes there is a purpose for every drug. Good and bad. The ones that get legal are the ones that pay enough to make them legal. That really the only difference between legal drugs and illegal drugs.
