If it's not breaking up leave the gap alone. You want to run as much gap as possible without blow out.

2 things to check.. What element do you have in the fuel filter? Paper or metal mesh? I know Lethal offers 2. I have the 1000hp lethal system that I ran 3 years on 93. My system was shipped with the paper element, which disintegrated and caused my pumps to take a dump after one season on e85 when I finally switched over. Had the same issue as you. Originally had the stryker 340 pumps, which I've since upgraded to the 465's.

The other thing to take a look at is voltage going WOT. Make sure you don't have an alternator issue or anything like that.

What’s your pulley combo for the boost your making.

Did you ever figure out what caused the problem?

Are you running a hobs switch to command your second pump on under boost? If you are it is possible that is your issue. I had that issue with my car before. Hobs switch wasn't commanding the second pump on so the car would run out of fuel under boost. Car would run perfect when not under boost.
