Did anyone physically approach and tell you to stop, or was it a sort of, “everyone here knows what is happening, and I’ll leave now” moment?
Can he pull the blower off I wanna see the lower intake and IC?

I should have brought a socket set with me.
It’ll be interesting to see what the aftermarket has to potentially free up more space for air flow there
I’ll actually be going over to the guys shop that does all of Fords displays. At least I know he does all the SEMA PRI NMRA Woodward stuff. I’m assuming he may have a hand in NAIAS. I knew he had seen the blue car in person before PRI, so he may actually have those displays coming back to the shop. If so I will see if he can turn away and let me borrow some tools

Yes and no. Definitely a restriction point after the TB but it transitions down and back and widens as it gets to the rotor pack. It was really hard to get a good pic, but there’s a water casting off the drivers side head/intake. It appears if that was changed/reduced, and the piece between the TB and rotor pack was optimized, that would give a straight shot. All that looks modular and bolts together so who knows. It definitely was less optimized than the ZR1 which was almost a straight shot. With PD blowers you want as little restriction as possible on the intake side.

I’m pretty sure I’ll buy a second year car. I really enjoyed ordering and picking up my 2014, the first new car I ever ordered. I’m waiting to see the colors and options, but both that silver and blue are on the short list. I’m looking for street and top speed events with this one, much less modded than my ‘14.
