I was wondering why it was there.
Ford knows how to launch a new vehicle campaign and market it about as well a 500 pound man knows how to diet. They debut it and don't even have official performance numbers...for a performance vehicle. LOL
Meanwhile, since my wife drives a Dodge (its in my name), Dodge already sent me an email telling me to watch out for the Dodge muscle car ads during the Super Bowl. I wonder if we will see a GT500 commercial? I haven't heard anything about it. Ford hasn't sent me shit about it. I guess if you have a secret and you're dying to tell someone, tell Ford. They just sit there with their mouth shut! LOL

And ford will sell every single one of these and most with an adm. you won’t find these sitting on lots at a discount like it’s competitors commonly are. Why spend millions on advertising something that’s already gonna sell out?

Surprised it does not have ailerons on it.
I like it, but I think if I saw a GT350r next to it I'd be more attracted to the R. The wing is a better shape and doesn't look like it's ready to hovercraft home.
True, but when selling any product, when you launch it you should provide info on it, no? Like if you're selling a light potato chip, you should know how many calories one serving will be before you launch the chip, right? It's almost as if Ford is saying "**** it, we're gonna overcharge the hell out of it and our dumb ass consumer base will go for it. We could put an Ecoboost engine in it and it will sell, why go through the hassle of telling America about our product."

Oh, now I totally agree on the info. Even if it’s just stated on a plaque next to the car. Drives me nuts. Same way with the 13 GT500. I’d rather have all the hard info at once. We’ve all been waiting long enough. Although it won’t make a difference to me if it’s 742 vs 777. Very small percent difference at this level. More interested in et and mph.

I'm pretty sure there is the Track Pac wing with the Track Pac package and the base model gets the small spoilersimilar to the GT350 out back.
Actually there looks to be 3 spoilers: small base, medium with Handling pack (shared with GT350), large with CF Track pack.

That annoys the shit out of me. For what the price will be on this car you should be able to order it the way you want it. Ford does this on all their vehicles by making you order packages instead of letting you option the vehicle the way you'd like. There were several things that annoyed me when I ordered my trucks. Multiple that I wouldn't have chosen were included with one particular thing that was a must have for me....it just drives up the price compared to just being able to eliminate things you don't want.
