Mach 1 hood

Are there any companies out that make a reproduction Mach 1 hood and shaker? I am looking to buy one but can’t find it anywhere besides Trufiber.

You can get a shaker hood kit from American Muscle I think, but I’m not sure on quality. I’ve never personally put my hands on one.

That is not a complete hood. You are purchasing a hood scoop with a hole for the shaker. Then you have to modify your existing hood. The shaker AM sells is also different from the OEM Mach part.

It is far from being a simple bolt on.

Carbon Driven sells a Mach 1 style hood as well. I would just look on line for one's being parted out. Where are you located? Down here in Miami a local guy has several Mach 1's being parted.

I’m in Dallas tx so shipping would probably get expensive

Heres a hood on ebay, price is a tad high though. I guess it depends on what its worth to you. 2003 2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Shaker Scoop Hood Azure Blue 99-04 New Edge 4.6 4V | eBay

You can try mrbodykit.com. They have Mustang hoods.

I'd go for the carbon driven one if you can swing it, I've had my eye on them for a minute but they're worth a fair amount of money. If you're strictly looking for a replacement I'd try to find a used OEM hood local to you and then just have it painted and throw a new stripe on it. Worth checking some groups on Facebook too such as "94-04 mustang/cobra/mach1 parts fs", "2003-2004 Mach 1 Mustangs", and "4 valve 4.6 cobra & mach1 parts for sale". Should be something in there for you!
