Okay. So the O ring on the underside of the valve cover is leaking for that plug but that still does not explain the rusty/deteriorated spark plug from that same cylinder? Was it simply invasive water that seeped under the coil cover from driving it in the rain?

Could be. I've never really seen what cooked oil would do to something to be honest. I'd make sure the VC bolts are snug, clean it all out very well, and monitor. If you can't get anything out of the VC bolts you're probably just gonna have to do the gasket.

With a blower your best bet is Copper Plugs.....they conduct the best and at 0.035" gap they are hard to "Blow Out"......take a look at this attached chart!!

Iridiums and Platinums last a long time but conduct fairly poorly......misfires almost guaranteed under pressure!!

What plug would you suggest?

Ive been running TR7ix's since i pullied down in 2015. Same plug and gap when I was running 18lbs on my TVS a year later. no issues.

Unless you are religious at checking and changing copper plugs, stick with the TR7ix

The TR6 or the colder one is what I'd run!!

BTW......I have a Dodge RAM Hemi and they won't run well unless they have copper plugs.......the Iridium and Platinums would be nice since they last longer but the misfires are not fun!!

Most blower folks will tell you they recommend copper plugs and that's all I ran in my ProCharged 2004 Marauder......never missed a lick and changed every 30K miles......they still looked and ran good even then!!

Good Luck whatever you decide....just glad you didn't have other problems!!

You're chart has no info on either the x or y axis, and no source information. Just letting you know that it is a pointless chart. Sorry.

Now for some empirical evidence: I've been using TR7IX's for 60k miles on an upper and lower pullied 5.4 with zero issues. Liked them so much that i bought new TR7IX's for my Gen2r setup i just bought. i also run them on my e30 tuned Focus ST @ 25 lbs of boost; zero spark blowout issues.

Do what works for you......my advice has been COPPER for blower applications!!

You may be able to overcome the poorer conductance with HIGHER VOLTAGE!!

I wonder what plugs the IHRA "Real Drag Cars" run.......bet they ain't Platinum or Iridiums??;)

I had tr7ix in there and they worked well, for about 10k and some water lol
