Is it possible to cook them the sous vide method in those provided bags? I just got a sous vide machine and so far have cooked a prime filet from Costco and it is amazing.
The marbled fat in Wagyu beef wouldn't lend itself to that type of cooking process for optimum results..

I wouldn't use the bags the meat is shipped/frozen in. I always use a fresh foodsaver bag and re-vacuum seal my steaks before dropping them in the Sous Vide.

I Sous Vide my Wagyu @ 130° and then sear it over charcoal. I'm not quite understanding what the difference in fat marbling has to do with it though.

Slice thin, place on hot skillet for a couple of seconds, flip, couple more seconds. Tasty. Japanese style.
