Just recently purchased my very first car... again lol.
Anyways its a 96 cobra in laser red with black Interior. Car has 64,xxx miles, has a fairly decent amount of performance parts and little other things here and there. Motor recently rebuilt-1500-2500 miles on engine, transmission is a brand new replacement t45 from a refurbishing company in dallas texas-100 miles paired with spec steel billet flywheel and stage 2 spec clutch, factory rear end with 373’s. Jlt intake, bbk Lt, or/x, bassani cat back, bama 91 tune. Car is not perfect but could be a pretty decent cobra with a bite to it with a few more things, car is in need of imrc cleaning, or deleting imrc, could also use a tune up and change fluids. Hoping to start a small build thread but would be very slow as im only 20 yrs old on a budget

That’s a cool car. Nice mileage. I just bought a 98 I knew of growing up. You can follow my build here.

What a great story. You'll be a mustang guy for life.
It looks a lot like my 98 when I first got it. (Yours has the 98 Cobra wheels)

Delete those IMRCs, swap in some 4.30s, and grab a tune.

Nice buy. I think you did well on the price for what you got. Enjoy it, and take your time with mods as your budget allows. I love Laser Red!

Just cleaned my plates. Do your research on those. After a long debate, decided to keep mine on. After you clean em, hurry up and get an oil separator system. Lot less worry bout those getting gunked up again.

+1 on the oil separator if you keep the plates.
