Standalone System

Hey guys was wondering if any of y’all are running an aftermarket standalone system on their gt500, I’m trying to finish up my build and I went all in but want to do a standalone got quoted for motec but it’s pretty high I know it’s worth it for piece of mind and all the tune ability but wanted to see what y’all are running. Any advise would be appreciated here’s how she sits now

Motec is the best stuff out there so it is indeed worth it. I plan to wire in a Motec or AEM Infinity 8 as my build progresses. The tuning potential and safety nannies make it incredibly lucrative.

Thanks man ya I want the motec stuff just because of all the safety stuff individual cylinder monitoring and fueling and their traction control is legit and our cars need help in that department

How you liking it ? I’ve seen some videos of it are you running a aftermarket screen or are your stock gauges functional?

Works great. Functionality and tuning have been great. I am using the AEM CD7 dash as well.
