I have zero issue with well done CGI. But if the storyline sucks it is usually for naught. I guess when you get older your perspective changes as you recognize that which at one time impressed you but now longer does. For example, were our parents really impressed when they saw Attack of The Killer Tomatoes! or did they laugh because they immediately recognized how bad it was?

Hope its good but after the last jedi sucking so bad makes it hard to be excited for it. After reading all the bad reviews for Solo I didn't bother watching it for a bit but I thought it was actually pretty good.
So she practically admits the purpose of the title is just to play on people’s emotions and trick them into seeing the movie. And that Palpatine coming back was always the plan, they just didn’t know how they were going to get there exactly?! Sounds like they winged this shit and as we all know created a shitty story focused on diversity and social justice. Should have wrote a full coherent story from the start. Kathleen Kennedy is the ****ing worst!
Why the **** did they not just have Lucas write the last three stories and cast the new characters whatever race, sex they wanted?
Episodes 1-3 had good stories, it was just Lucas's poor director skills grinding them to a hault.
I have never watched Star Wars, but I figured y'all would like this. I'm actually related to Mark, well his wife so it's through marriage, but we found this a while ago. It's signed to my great grandma.

I Interpreted it as the rise of "Skywalker" within Kylo Ren since he already is half Skywalker. It's pretty obvious he is on a redemption arc. I'm hoping with the return of The Emporer, we find out that Rey is descendant of Palpatine.
Another prequel...how about some original movie ideas?
Yeah, I would for sure give Solo a try if you haven't watched it yet. I liked it and really liked Rogue One.

I've got a pretty original storyline idea that's definitely never been done before. After all the build up from the other movies, Rey and Kylo finally fall for each other only to find out that they are in fact brother and sister.
