They had that on sale with a red dot and a case for I think $350 or $399 complete. It looked pretty good but I definitely wanted the Ruger first.

Save up and get the performance center version. It has an awesome trigger, better stock and 18 inch fluted and threaded barrel. Mine shoots 1/2 in groups at 100 yards. If you get one let me know, I'll turn you on to a group that makes charging handles and muzzle brakes if you want to pimp it out.

Finished assembly. Can’t wait to give her a shot. For the money it feels unbeatable.

I love 10/22 for trainer rifles. I restocked mine and added a bipod. I still need to rework the trigger.

That looks mean as ****. Does it eat everything you give her?
High velocity only?

No problems at all, it is a friggin typewriter. I bought a pallet of 5k rounds of garbage sellier bellot and have not had any issues. I cannot recall it ever jamming and am not that particular about keeping it all that clean. Wiping down the bolt carrier with a paper towel and a squirt of CLP and it is good.

Thanks to my friend @OETKB on his recommendation I bought a Ruger 10/22 and some other goodies for my 100 yard range.

And being retired and shooting every week I really have started to love Rimfire.

I have taken almost as much gun advice from Ash as my own father.

Rimfire is so much fun. Time for a 17 HMR! My favorite rimfire round.

The first of any military arms collector! Looks like a nice one!

Ironically a Mosin was my first military rifle, I still have it. It’s a number matching 1943 also, hence this new to me one is a twin.

I worked on these two turds yesterday. I had to file the extractor on the Czech Mauser due to feed issues. The Turk was full of old grease.

I like them. I want a Czech and Yugo Mauser in the future.

Having some issues with my 300BLK suppressed so far.

Hardened Arms sent me a 300BLK specific buffer spring. It's substantially weaker than the milspec spring. Can't wait to try it

Couple weeks ago. Finally got the 300blkout out to play. Had it for a year and haven’t shot it at all until the other day lol shot really well and was pretty on at 100 for not being sighted in. Also shot some clays with the Maxus and shot a little out of the 17L.

Zero'd as best as I can using a boresight laser, but will try to go out to the range this weekend to do it properly.

Next up: Update charging handle to solve the "scope in the way" issue.
