Weekend Plans?

It's gonna be 70 and sunny tomorrow so I'll be working in the yard all day. Grass isn't long enough to cut yet but I've got to rake the gravel from out of the lawn at the edges of the driveway where it collects from plowing the snow. I've got a good sized brush pile to burn too if it's not windy.

Sunday has a chance of rain so I might go to a buddies house for Cinco de Mayo.

I might go to LS Fest tomorrow in Las Vegas. Whatever I do, I’m not going to miss the Canelo fight tomorrow. Sunday just hangout and drink all day, I am Mexican after all.

Wife and I are hanging out at our cabin. Son wanted to visit his cousin so it's been relatively quiet. Wife down by the river.

My buddy @Lambeau and I were thinkin' about headin' down to Iowa tomorrow on a cruise with the car club but decided to skip this one. I've got too much shit to do at home so I think we're gonna go for a little local dinner cruise instead.

Was hoping to see @1wild-horse while I was down there too but we'll make that happen another time soon.

Sunday will depend on how much I get done tomorrow.

Worked yesterday, watched the race last night and relaxed with a cigar. Today taking the bride out for mothers day as she works this evening. Then back to the grind for another 5 days.

Chipped away at the junk in the yard. Going to get freed up. **** this working all weekend stuff.

Just a few sprinkles really. Was cold and windy all day.
Got that Chevy back together, so far so good. Stupid DOD, disabled it to help save the new lifters and it's getting 20 mpg on the instant econ yet.

Had a nice meeting yesterday. Plan to take both of my 3V’s to the car show next Saturday.

Had a friendly contest on the lake yesterday between the coach of a high school fishing team (who was touring pro a handful of years ago) and his buddy and my tourney partner and I

Whipped that ass! In his defense he doesn't know that lake nearly as well as my buddy and I but he used to fish pro so I didn't expect to beat them by 10lbs

My wife booked us a short weekend getaway in NC. Driving up on Friday, doing lots of hiking, maybe some kayaking if the water isn't too cold. Might bring a guitar and keep writing music.

We tried going to the same place last year but got rained out.

Haven't been to a late model race in a long time! Spring Valley is close so headed up there Saturday!

My club is sponsoring a show Sunday but it's supposed to rain all weekend.

At Logan airport with the GF about to catch a delta flight to Las Vegas for 6 days.

Convention for work Monday to Wednesday, I only have to go for one day, Monday.

Staying at the Mirage, Saturday night big dinner at a steak house, Sunday night doing a sunset horseback ride thru the red Rock canyons - her idea - Monday convention, Tuesday wide open, Wednesday come home.

Show has been postponed until September.

Headed home for the weekend to see my daughter.

Stress level dropped immediately after leaving that shithole.

Automotion is this weekend in Wisconsin Dells but given it's a 2+ hour drive for my buddies and it's going to rain we aren't going.

Might drive the hour north to my parents land to get my boat out of storage tomorrow though.
