Admin treated us to a huge Panda Express lunch buffet on site and I stuffed my face with chicken, pork, rice and veggies so no dinner for me tonight.
Got the yard mowed, weeds pulled and hit the gym so just a couple beers for now and we'll see how the evening goes. Just looking forward to that extra day off work. Big thanks to all our vets for what they do or have done!

Chicken thighs and shredded potato casserole with cheddar.
Leftover hamburger patty. 80% beef (85/15), 20% bacon. Cooked in a cast iron skillet on a gas range. Topped with blue cheese dressing. That shit was good when it was fresh and it was good 2 days later.
No dinner for me. Went to no prep kings

I went out to dinner with a buddy and his wife. We took the Cobras and I had a cheeseburger and fries.
It was alright. When they were racing it was awesome. But the breaks sucked. We wait over an hour at one point just to see something go down the track. Like just a vehicle. The crowd was getting antsy for sure. There were a ton of upsets, then the rain hit and we left.
It must of been a nice night to take the cobra out and stretch is legs!!!

The corn they're sellin' up here is coming from Florida so it's really stupid but at least it tastes good.
