Not really apples to oranges , I've had few grand in my GTR [ basic boltons ; tune , intakes , intercooler, exhaust , injectors , pumps ] , car made 620whp , run consistent 10.0-10.1 , I went 10.0 at pretty much every track in the midwest . I've run against around 10 different C7Z at the 1/2 mile events [ I go to 1/2 mile events very often ] . it was 95*F at the last 1/2 mile event , all the LT4 cars were pretty slow for the power they were making , auto H/C E85 C7Z making 760rwhp couldn't even beat my 620whp GTR from a 40mph roll
It will cost good amount of money to run low 9s consistent in C7Z too

I had 3 other passes all between 10.5 and 10.7 at the same trap speed everytime. If I spun slightly off the line I would run 10.7 if not 10.5.
